1. How much will it cost?
We have a range of services so the one you choose will determine the kind of costs involved. Our pre-sale consultation begins at $200 +GST. Our services are tailored to provide you with the best return on investment.

2. How long is the campaign for?
This again depends on the kind of work that needs to be done. Usually, a campaign is usually for 5 weeks with photography on the first and sale campaigns in the following four. 

3. What is my return of investment?
Nearly 86% of your potential market is looking for properties online which should be your first clue. Property styling makes the space available for sale more appealing which is essential for posting an ad online. Besides, pictures of vacant properties make the owner look a little desperate and lead to suspicion about the condition of the property in the first place. Indulging in property styling helps you to reach out to a better market and get better rates. 

4. Does the property have to be vacant?
Research shows that properties which were kept vacant during the sale campaign were sold off faster and at higher prices. We suggest this too. You don’t need to be bothered about being presentable when the client comes and our furniture look spic and span since they are unused. 5. Can I hire a few items not a whole area?
As a team of experienced designers, we request you to have faith in our decisions and give us a completely vacant property in its entirety. An empty canvas would be easier for us to work on with fresh pieces of furniture from our collection. A unified marketing approach for all the rooms would give your property more value. 

6. How does home staging and styling work with Imperio Design?
Here at Imperio Design we work towards increasing your property price within a short period of time. We meet you to discuss the practical aspects of the project so that we can take over and give your demands a concrete shape. We move on to exploring concepts of design and think of possibilities. Once the budget is finalized along with the design, we fix the deadlines. Installation begins with our designers working styling the space available and a final round of check ensures it is coherent. 

7. Does home staging actually work?
As a team of experienced designers, we know the property market in and out and thus know what increases the value of your property. Trust us to stylize your vacant property with the right kind of furnishing and make it look the best it can. You get the optimum price and the client is happy with their choice. 

8. Can I stage my own house?
We don’t suggest staging your own home. As professionals we understand that properties have to be showcased in a certain way to make them appear attractive. We use our furniture, use colour and light optimally to create a certain appeal which would not be quite possible in a property which is lived in.

 9. When do I need to engage in a property stylist/ designer?
You can seek the help of a property stylist whenever you wish to sell off your valued property to a good market. We ask that a minimum of 2 week’s notice is given.

10. Where do you style properties?
